I did indeed manage to finish more rooms today! These were the upper floor of my Hobbler's Loft kit (the stables are on the lower floor).
On the left is the servants' hall, which is doing several different duties. The big, wonderful Braxton Payne fireplace with the Herdwick Landscapes spit allows it to serve as a second kitchen (probably needed quite a bit of the time given how many rooms are serving up food!). It's also where the servants eat, but unlike the rest of the fully set tables, I wanted this to look like just two people had sat down to eat, as it's likely they would be in and out in an establishment such as this, perhaps grabbing a bite between stagecoaches.

The big swinging arm with tea kettle is also from Herdwick Landscapes, while the kettle itself is from S&D Models. The cauldron is from Virtual Dollhouse. I believe all of the bread is from Medieval Miniatures on Etsy, but it's also possible a loaf or two is from Stewart Dollhouse (I did not sequester my bread by source!). The cauldron is from Virtual Dollhouse. The bowls and wine bottle are from Shapeways, and the candles from Green Stuff World. The table and benches themselves are from Petworth Miniatures, and the hutch from Templewood Miniatures. The canisters on the hutch are from Young at Heart Miniatures, and although I didn't get them from her, I believe the teacups and saucers are originally from there as well. I'd been wanting to do the hanging-teacup-on-a-hutch thing and was really happy with how they turned out. The teapot I believe is from Virtual Dollhouse.
Meanwhile the bunk beds were a scratch build by me. I felt like this sort of sleeping arrangement would make sense in a servants' hall, because why let the space go to waste at night? I put in another pair of boots from Shapeways at the end of the bed -- postillions (who would ride hired horses to steer a carriage) would have been likely users of these beds, and it would make sense to keep their boots near in case they were called to go out in the middle of the night.
The scullery, on the right side of the building, contains two shelves full of stored items and the sink and drying rack. The sink is from Petite Properties while the plate rack is from Mini Etchers. It actually came as part of a larger cabinet, but I kit-bashed it as I just wanted the drying rack. The big plate within the sink is from Virtual Dollhouse, as is the fish skeleton you can just see peeking out behind it in some pictures. The pots and pans are from S&D Models, and the teapot from Cynthia Howe Miniatures, and the little plates from Ickle Fingz on Etsy. The candle (which lights up) is from Herdwick Landscapes.
On the shelf side of the room are two whisky jugs and a whisky still from Stewart Dollhouse, a basket and some vegetables I picked up on eBay, more canisters from Young at Heart (covered in brown paper with thread wrapped around them), and also some vegetables from Medieval Miniatures. The broom and carpet beater are from S&D Models, as are (I think) some of the veggies stored on the floor. The others are from A Trifle Small. The little barrel is also from S&D Models. And last but not least, the candle box up top is from Herdwick Landscapes.
As you can see, the little doorway is still open to the air...I seem to have lost the other side of the door, so I'm hoping it will turn up somewhere once I start getting more exterior bits assembled. And the other doorway is in a different location than the kit used...more of the kit-bashing to make this one fit in the overall layout.
I only have one more major interior room to go, the space above the stagecoach passenger dining room. Until I got the kit I hadn't realized there was a room up there, so I'm happy because it means I can bring back the billiard room!
Until then, here are some detail shots from the furniture in these rooms...
